Goal was to integrate PaStA with Patchwork for the purpose of adding relations

Flow: export data from patchwork, import into Pasta, run analyses, import results of analyses(relations) into Patchwork

problem: sync of patches between pasta and patchwork. Patchwork uses patchwork ids.

problem: sending relations back to patchwork through the api.
